Grounded in Social Psychology
We build on some of the groundbreaking insights from two pioneers: Kurt Lewin and Leon Festinger. The importance of 'self-discovery' of new insights and knowledge, as well as the critical role of changing a persons's world view as pre-condition for sustained behaviour change run as a red thread through all our designs and interventions.
We challenge deeply engrained assumptions and suggest experimental learning formats (eg. team cooking under pressure and the supervision of a Celebrity Chef) that enable participants to step out of their comfort zone in a safe environment.
We know from experience that 'context' is important - it is difficult to change or expand someone's horizon inside the all too familiar conference rooms, often located close to the office for maximum convenience. . Breaking with this practice, we offer a very different experience in venues conducive to open up minds and encourage curiosity.
