What’s in a name
In Norse mythology, ‘Odin’ is a widely-revered god, whose name loosely translates as ‘Master of inspiration’. Having worked and traveled extensively across Scandinavia, we were often struck by the clear and simple - yet beautiful - designs and solutions adopted in Nordic countries. Simplification, innovation, and forward-thinking for stronger communities and better futures – that’s the Nordic spirit. This is our story, too.
Odin’s Gate was set up with a clear mission: simplify, innovate, and connect in leadership development and capability building. Symbolically, ‘Odin’s Gate’ opens access to an inspirational world of deep knowledge and real insight, where innovation is not just simply taught, but practiced - including in the way how we operate.
We cut through the jargon and overheads of stonewalling business schools. We simplify where they tell you it's complicated; we innovate where they offer you same old; and we connect where they don't want you to meet their faculty outside the programme.
Many of our participants still remember that moment where the proverbial light bulb went on. All our interventions are carefully designed to marry concept and context. Real insights into how managers learn, change their mind sets and lead in new ways.
